1.Promotes and sells the complete pharmaceutical product portfolio in the defined territory to all prospects and customers
2. Proposes a strategy for meeting the yearly sales target and takes care of implementation
3.Evaluates market potential and maintains the market database with regard to customers and prospects potential, sales, prices and competition
4.Visits prospects and customers according to defined planning and issues customer visit report on CRM
5. Participate in sales projects, Promoting and maintaining close customer contacts, Promotes partnerships between customers and production plant
6. Obtains all the information concerning competitors sales activities in the territory
7. Maintains a database about customers drugs, product lifecycles, patents
8. Be aware of the profit rate per product and per customer
9. Establishes annual budget for the territory per customer, per product line, per plant
10. Monthly follows up on meeting the plan and reacts accordingly



职位需求：
- At least 8 years experience selling to Pharmaceutical Companies
- Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred
- Major in Pharmaceutical or Marketing
- Language level: fluent English and Chinese
