Job Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate Engagement Manager/ Account Manager with the review and analysis of client requirements or problems and the development of proposals of cost effective solutions.

2.Develops detailed documentation and specifications
制定具体的研究文件及研究细则
3.Performs quantitative or qualitative analysis independently to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client specific solutions.
独立领导定性或定量研究项目,通过项目成果解决客户实际问题。
4. Designs, structures, and delivers presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience with some senior input.
可根据受众的性格、特点及需求设计和定制个性化的演示内容及框架
5. Organizes and conducts high quality primary research and synthesizes findings
for Project Director’s further review .
组织和执行高质量的市场研究分析及研究结果
6.Sourcing and managing of local fieldwork

Jobholders Requirements:
任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree above majored in Medical, pharmic, biology, sociology, statistics or related fields
本科及以上学历,医学、药学、生物学、社会学、统计学等相关专业
2. 3-6 year experience in Healthcare Market research,qualitative analysis or statistics experience desirable, good at statistic tools such as SPSS、Excel for programming and statistics analysis
3-6年以上医药类市场调研工作经验, 有统计或定量分析经验优先,熟练使用SPSS、Excel等各类统计应用软件,能熟练使用SPSS编程及进行多种统计分析工作
3. Deep knowledge of Market Research methods, tools and techniques and excellent multiple projects Management skills; Keen on market research and consultingservice for perfect results
深入掌握市场研究方法、工具及技术,的多项目管理能力;对研究和咨询服务要求严谨,力求完美
4.Innovative, strategic thinker with an enquiring mind; excellent presentation and communication skills; result and task oriented and accountable
积极主动,独立创新,有战略思考能力; 具有良好的演讲能力、沟通能力;以结果和任务为导向,责任心强
5.Good time management and learning ability, can deliver good results under pressure
