职位描述:
Responsibilities:1.Planning and Budgeting 计划与预算· Assist Supervisor review and achieve production plan 协助上级主管复核并落实生产计划；· Control the production related expense accord with the budgeting 控制生产相关的费用符合预算 ；· Recommending any action that would be beneficial to the plant, product or any improvement in quality.建议任何对公司,产品或质量改进有益的行动方案；2.Operation 运作· Responsible for production shift activities to ensure the products with required quality and quantity. 负责相關生产班次的正常运行以确保产品的质量和产量滿足要求；· Responsible for staff arrangement in relevant production shift according to production plan. 负责根据计划生产合理安排生產班次中的操作人員；· Ensuring effective process control to maintain production efficiency and scrap levels within budget requirements for cost reduction. 确保有效地生产過程控制，以使生產效率和废品水平控制在预算中，实现成本的降低；· Responsible for ensuring GMP compliance in production department activities.负责保证生產部門操作的GMP实施；· Responsible for training program and developing production team to meet the development of our plant.负责培训和发展生产团队以满足上海百特工厂發展的需要；· Lead the continuous improvement projects to optimize our process management.开展实施持续改进项目来优化生产过程管理；· Accountable for all key production performance indication: (a) productivity (b) capacity utilization (c) scrap target.对关键生产表现指数负责：生产效率，生产能力利用率，生产损耗；· Responsible for total productive maintenance (TPM) supporting Engineering to ensure minimum production loss time.支持工程部实施全员生产维护以保证少的生产损失时间；· Fulfill the other temporary task assigned by supervisor完成主管临时交付的其他任务。3.Staff management员工· Organizing, directing and supervising staff to achieve the department objectives.组织, 指导和监督员工以实现部门的目标；· Motivating and assisting staff to achieve the required work standards and grade.激发协助员工达到要求的工作标准和水平；· Induction of new staff in accordance with company procedure.根据公司程序以指导新员工；· Establish the cross training plan to meet production capacity expansion requirements in the future. 制定交叉培训计划以满足今后产能的扩大需要；· Assist production supervisor to identify the high potential operator and carry out the development plan协助生产主管识别有发展潜力的员工并落实发展计划；· Keep up the effective communication (periodical short meeting) with shift members to create an environment that inspires, motivates and rewards teams and individuals, and ensure the deployment & implementation of relevant instruction.通过定期班组会议与本区域组员保持有效沟通，以创造一个积极向上的团队和个人并确保相关指令得到部署和执行。· Commit to EHS regulatory compliance for the operation of the department and promote the importance of EHS requirements for the effective and efficient operation of the department. 在部门工作中遵守环保，健康和安全的法规要求，并促进环保，健康和安全要求在部门工作中的重要性。· Assist in incident and near miss investigations, determine and correct root causes, implement preventive actions and document follow-up activities. 协助事故及幸免事故的调查，确定事故的根本原因，采取预防措施并进行文件跟踪。4.GPM requirements GPM 要求· Establish the SOPs and follow them during manufacture process建立生产规程并按照已批准的生产规程进行生产操作；· Report all the deviation during manufacture process and take action per QA requirement.确保所生产偏差均都已报告，并按QA的要求采取补救措施。· Responsible for the cleaning and disinfections of the production equipments.确保生产设施已清洁并在必要时消毒。· Commit to GMP regulatory compliance to ensure production meet the requirements of the GMP regulatory.在进行生产过程中遵循GMP法规，确保实施符合GMP的相关要求。
Qualification:1、Technical school or above, can read and write SOP in English, computer skill is required.中专或以上学历，能用英文读写SOP，计算机熟练。2、At least 3 years relevant experience of pharmaceutics production operation in multinational pharmacy manufactures.至少3年以上跨国制药企业专业的生产操作经验。3、Familiar with process management in operation, and the advanced methods to analysis, solve, decide problems to reach cost reduction. 熟悉生产过程管理流程, 以及良好的分析解决和决策问题的方式以实现终的成本降低。4、Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good leadership qualities with the ability to guide and motivate a team.较强的分析和处理问题的能力, 出色的领导力并能够 指导激励整个团队。
